Scallops were frozen using AEF technology without glazing, stored for 15 months, did not lose a drop of moisture after defrosting. The same as fresh one!
Live crayfish were boiled and frozen. Then defrosted in a microwave oven for 1.5 minutes and served. Tasters found no difference with freshly brewed ones!
